Ludo Game — Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 26, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the Ludo Game mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you use it. We built the App to work fully on your device: as of the effective date above, it does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party.

Information We Collect

The App currently does not collect any personal or device data. Specifically:

Your in-app preferences — such as your selected board theme, pawn color, player count, and game-mode setting — are stored only locally on your device (for example, in app storage) so the App can remember your settings between sessions. This information never leaves your device and is not visible to us.

Advertising (Planned for a Future Update)

We plan to introduce advertising in a future version of the App, most likely using Google AdMob. This section describes what that will mean once ads are enabled — it does not apply to the current version of the App.

Once advertising is enabled, our ad partner(s) may automatically collect information such as:

This data is collected and processed by the ad network according to its own privacy policy — for Google AdMob, see Google's Privacy & Terms. Where required by your region (such as under GDPR or similar laws), we will request your consent before showing personalized ads and provide a way to opt out or manage ad preferences. We will update this policy's “Last updated” date and the contents of this section before ads go live.

Children's Privacy

The App is a general-audience puzzle/board game and is not intentionally directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

If you plan to list this app under Google Play's Families/Designed for Kids program, this policy will need additional child-directed disclosures and stricter ad settings (e.g. Google-certified ad networks only) — let us know and we'll update it.

Permissions

The App may request only the minimal device permissions needed for core functionality (such as vibration for haptic feedback on dice rolls, if enabled). It does not request access to your camera, contacts, microphone, or precise location.

Data Security

Because the App does not transmit personal data off your device, there is no server-side collection of personal information to secure. Locally stored preferences remain within your device's app sandbox, protected by your device's operating system.

Your Choices

You can clear the App's locally stored preferences at any time by clearing the App's data or storage from your device's system settings, or by uninstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when we add advertising, analytics, or online features. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
